CUSTOMER CARE

Customer care is top of mind of the Melt experience and we aim to ensure your experience is exceptional!  From entering our site, to placing your order and the goods arriving at your door, you're in Melt mode and should be in ultimate relaxation.  If at any point your experiences don't hit the Melt mark, please let us know.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

​

Wholesale orders are considered orders that are at least 12 candles/soaps per case, per order with a minimum of two cases required for wholesale pricing. Cases can be ordered in up to 3 scents per item, however these must be processed with the support of the Melt team at melt@griffinandhome.com.  If cases, are ordered in single scent for one item, they can be processed via self service through our website.

To create your wholesale account, please contact us at melt@griffinandhome.com with your business name, website, phone # and reseller #.

​

Our wholesale pricing is 50% off of retail pricing for candles/soaps.  Once order is confirmed, production time, shipping and tracking information will be communicated to you via your wholesale account.
